2. Prohibited Events
The following types of events are prohibited:
- Events promoting illegal activities
- Events involving hate speech or discrimination
- Events selling counterfeit goods
- Events violating intellectual property rights
- Events promoting violence or harmful behavior
3. Event Organizer Requirements
Event organizers must:
- Complete KYC verification
- Provide accurate event details
- Have valid business registration (if applicable)
- Maintain clear communication with attendees
- Honor all ticket sales and commitments
4. Payment and Financial Terms
Users must:
- Use valid payment methods
- Not engage in fraudulent transactions
- Accept our payment processing terms
- Comply with local financial regulations
5. Content Guidelines
All content must:
- Be accurate and truthful
- Not infringe on others' rights
- Be appropriate for general audiences
- Comply with our content standards
6. Security Requirements
Users must:
- Maintain account security
- Report suspicious activities
- Not attempt to breach our systems
- Protect attendee information
7. Anti-Scalping, Automated Scraping & Ticket Hoarding
To ensure fair and open access for authentic event fans, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated scripts, bots, spiders, or headless browsers to harvest ticket data, circumvent queues, or execute automated checkout sequences.
- Bypassing or attempting to evade organizer purchase limits (standard cap: 6 tickets per cart, 2 transactions per buyer) through multiple accounts, disposable email domains, or proxy networks.
- Hoarding tickets for unauthorized commercial secondary resale, street scalping, or price gouging.
- Manipulating or tampering with checkout session tokens, QR validation payloads, or gate scanner endpoints.

8. Enforcement
Violations may result in:
